Watermelon is one of my favorite fruits during the summertime. It makes me think of barbecues and pool parties. Watermelon is so refreshing to eat on its own or in a salad with feta cheese and mint (yum!). I also love it in drink form, so I decided to use it in a cocktail with one of my favorite liqueurs, St-Germain Elderflower. Every drink I’ve had with St-Germain is amazing, so I decided to finally buy it. This watermelon cocktail with mint and lime juice is so delicious that I also made a nonalcoholic version since they can be a little too easy to knock back. You’ll thank me for both!
