Ingredients :

• 1¹⁄³ oz (40 ml) cognac
• 2/3 oz(20ml) Galliano liqueur

Directions :

1. Combine cognac and liqueur in shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into old fashioned glass with crushed ice.
4. Serve Amber Cloud cocktail with a straw.
